- JOFOC PWS The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), a bureau of the Department of Treasury, intends to issue a sole-source purchase order utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial services to Planex Consulting Services Ltd. for technical support services of the Aperture Desktop Client and Aperture VIEW 5 Portal applications and software. As Planex is the only certified Aperture Business Partner whom Aperture named its certified re-seller for technical support ffor the Aperture VIEW products. The period of performance for this requirement one year from the date of award (expected around April 2011), with a four one-year renewal options. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; a solicitation document will not be issued. All information received within 5 days after the date of this notice with pricing and sufficient technical documentation to establish a bona fide capability to meet the requirement will be considered by the OCC. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the OCC. Information received will be considered primarily for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
