- The ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is February 9, 2011 Estimated Response Date: March 17, 2011 Project summary: The objective of this project is to The Forest Service is in need of botanical surveys to find the presence or absence of target species and special habitats, their locations and an ecological description of the areas surveyed in compliance with the specifications, precision, and terms and conditions of this contract. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, material, equipment, labor, services, transportation (except those items listed as Government-Furnished), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications, which will be referenced in the solicitation. Project Location: All work will be completed on the Willamette National Forest. The estimated start work date is June 1, 2011. The Government intends to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This project will be an Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) with a base year and possibility of two (2) option years. All projects will be assigned in the form of Task Orders. The estimated performance time is Spring 2011 to Spring 2012 for the base period and annually thereafter, based on customer requirements. The period of performance is effective the Notice to Proceed. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award.
