- The purpose of this Request For Information is to notify potential offerors that attended the Land Mobile Radio Systems Industry day held on 27 July 2010 of a change in contracting offices from the National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) to Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground (Soldier, Chemical, Research & Test) AAC-APG(SCRT)as well as assist Product Director (PD) Land Mobile Radio (LMR)as it updates market research of LMR systems.
