- XRA SIMAF Pre-solicitation XRA SIMAF (Simulation and Analysis Facility) Draft RFP Release DESCRIPTION: The Air Force Material Command (AFMC), Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC), Capabilities Integration Directorate, Modeling, Simulation and Analysis Division at Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio is preparing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a small business set-aside to award combined Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Time & Materials multiple award contracts for Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A) of DoD weapon systems. The Period of Performance for these contracts is anticipated to be five years. The Draft RFP and a short synopsis of the SIMAF Master Process are attached to this notice. As an appendix to the RFP, the For Official Use Only (FOUO) SIMAF Master Process Guide will be available upon request in approximately two weeks. The Government will accept questions/inquiries related to these documents until 18 February 2011. Government response to questions/inquiries will be posted on FedBizOpps with generic answers by early March 2011. This Draft RFP will continue to be posted until the Final RFP is released.
