- Performance Work Statement Amendment 1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA4625-11-Q-0009 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System (JWICS) support at Whiteman AFB, MO. The NAICS code is 541513. All offers are to remain valid until 31 March 2011. Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. Items required: Provide support for Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communications System. The contractor on-site support shall enable the 20th Reconnaissance Squadron's (RS) at Whiteman AFB, MO to conduct mission planning intelligence required to support all MQ-1 Predator weapon system flight operations. Refer to attached Performance Work Statement for specific information. Period of Performance: 04 March 11 through 03 November 11.
