- Cover Letter Form 1449 The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Prison Camp Pensacola, Florida, Contracting Office, for the acquisition of 3rd QTR Food Service Items for our facility. This package contains all the necessary information for submitting a request for quote for evaluation. The solicitation will be made available solely through this website. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. All future information concerning this acquisition, including the solicitation and any subsequent amendments, will be distributed through the website. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring the website to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about the acquisition. The date for receipt of quotations is on Friday, March 04, 2011, 2:00 p.m. central standard time. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The anticipated date of award is March 23, 2011, with an effective award date of April 01, 2011. ANY CHANGES MADE TO THE LINE ITEM DESCRIPTIONS MAY CAUSE THE QUOTE TO BE DISQUALIFIED. Awards under the $30,000.00 threshold will be placed on the Government Purchase Card.
