- Description: TITLE: SOFTWARE SUPPORT RENEWAL. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT NOT A RFQ. Notice intent to award a sole source task order under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Sybase, Inc. 6903 Rockledge, Drive, Ste 1000, Bethesda, Maryland 20817-1132. for services to support Department of Commerce, National Telecommunications Information Administration, under the terms and conditions of their GSA Schedule Contract. The Government intends to purchase one Software renewal support, on a firm fixed Price basis from Sybase who has proprietary rights for Sybase, Inc. Affirmative written responses must be received no later than 15 days after publication of this synopsis. All information in response to this notification must be submitted in writing. For additional information, please contact: G. Jean Barrett, NOAA, US fax: 301/713-0810, jean.barrett@noaa.gov, the subject of the e-mail should state Sybase, Inc., RFQ DG1335-11-RQ0250(GJB). WORK HOURS: Normal Government work hours with overtime intermittently as required. The closing date is February 18, 2011 at 1:00PM EST. E-mailed responses are authorized, but it is up to the vendor to make certain that the email was received.
