- This notice is being published in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with 6.302-1, it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to International Video and Imaging, Inc. (IVI). The intended order will upgrade the IVI View Commander Network Video Recording (NVR) software for more cameras to operate on the system, enhanced recording performance, and automated archiving to the Rimage producer for DVD/Blu-ray production to DEA's existing system. As a result, IVI is the only responsible source to provide this upgrade software and holds the proprietary rights to the software.
