Estimated Annual Demand: 120 each Delivery Schedule: Delivery of FAT-180 DARO. Government evaluation 45 days. Delivery of production items-60 days AFATA. TOTAL 285 days Solicitation Issue Date: Februrary 22, 2011 Solicitation Close Date: March 24, 2011 This procurement is authorized by purchase request number IQC11031009056, NSN 1680-00-140-7459, Cushion Assy, Seat for the H-1 Helicopter, drawing 209-070-704 REV "K" DTD 9OCT92 & Procurement Package REV "L" DTD 28JAN03. The FOB point is DESTINATION, Inspection and Acceptance at ORIGIN. Specifications, Plans, or Drawings related to the procurement will be available in cFolders on DIBBS after 2/22/11. This is 100% Small Business Set Aside; therefore, the solicitation will be Full and Open Competition after the exclusion of sources. This item is configuration controlled. Contractor First Article testing applies. Solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The estimated annual demand for all five years is 120 each. Guarenteed Minimum for the base year is 30 each, Minimum Order quantity is 30 each, Maximum Order quantity is 120 each. Delivery schedule is noted above. Ship To: Stock location in Continental US.
