- Wireless and Satellite Telecommunications Equipment and Service for Peace Corps Domestic Offices and internationsl Post The purpose of this RFI is to identify a well qualified supplier(s) capable of providing market leading cellular and satellite products and services. The objective is to provide satellite and cellular phone services to Peace Corps' overseas staff, volunteers and Peace Corps Domestic Staff. These phone services must be available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and the Satellite service must be available in remote locations where there is no land line or cellular coverage.
