- VA New Orleans, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare Systems This is a Sources Sought / Request for information advertisement only. This is not a Solicitation Announcement, nor is it a Request For Proposal. This request does not obligate the government in any contract award. The Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System located in New Orleans, Louisiana is conducting preliminary research to identify sources of leasable commercial office space and interested lessors. The VA seeks approximately 8,530 up to 9,995 rentable sq ft of office space within a four block radius of 1555 Poydras Street in New Orleans, LA. A solicitation for this requirement will be posted by approximately February 18, 2011. All interested parties with an approved NAICS code of 531120, size standard $7,ooo,ooo.oo, are eligible to submit offers.
