- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation H92243-11-T-TC04 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is notice that NSWG2 Logistics Support Contracting Office, JEB Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA 23459 intends to award a firm fixed price contract. The associated NAICS code is 332995 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500. This is a small business set-aside. Quote pricing FOB destination Virginia Beach, VA 23459. Only written question regarding this announcement will be accepted. If quoting on equals, provide detailed specification for evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the Quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation provisions, is technically acceptable and provides the best value to the Government. Quote all or none. CLIN 0001: 84 Each: TAB Gear Pollack Shooting Mat, standard D-rings, Coyote Brown; size 72" x 30"; rolled up size: 4" x 8"; material: 1000 denier Cordura nylon; padded elbow rest; stake down loops on each corner CLIN 0002: 84 Each: TAB SAS Model SAS2; TAB anti-mirage shields less than 1.75" diameter; Coyote Brown CLIN 0003: 84 Each: TAB Rear Bag; Coyote Brown; 1000 denier Cordura nylon; approximate size7.5" x 1.5"; bag tripled stitched (including corners and webbing), lifetime warranty. CLIN 0004: 84 Each: Item# BT10; Atlas bipod standard BT10 V8 Model; T6061 aluminim, type III hard anodized black; stainless steel spring and fastners; 15 degrees +/- of preloaded Pan and Cant; range of elevation approximately 5-9" from the surface up to the rail.
