- North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334517, 450KeV Mobile Industrial X-Ray System (Ammunition Peculiar Equipment) APE 2248. The x-ray system shall provide a source of x-rays for radiography (film and radioscopic real time) of components with a density equivalent up to 4 inches of steel. Within 30 days following acceptance of the Mobile 450KeV System, the contractor shall furnish a minimum of three days (24 hours) of instruction in the operation and maintenance of the system for no less than two Government employees. The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to issue this Request for Quote, W52P1J-11-T-3038, to the Army Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) at http://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 25 February 2011 with a close date of 30 days after issuance. This procurement will be a Firm-Fixed Price contract. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and only qualified offerors may submit quotes. FOB: Destination, McAlester Army Ammunition Plant, McAlester, OK. All contractors who provide goods/services to the Department of Defense (DoD) must be registered in the Central Contractors Register (CCR). If you are not registered in CCR, you cannot be awarded a DoD Contract. The Internet site for registering in the CCR is http://www.ccr.gov/.
