- The Bidder's library has been posted. Access will require submittal of a signed Non-disclosure Agreement. Bidder's library contents will only be released to DOD contractors; foreign-owned companies will not be permitted access. In addition, potential offerors are reminded that security clearances as well as a facilities clearance will be required to perform under the contract awarded for the T25 SECT. Please see attached letter from the Contracting Officer and Draft RFP for the T25 SECT. Please send comments to Lindsay.Masters@wpafb.af.mil by COB 8 Feb 11. Please note, all individuals wishing to receive access to the T25 SECT Bidder's Library must sign the T25 SECT Use and Non-Disclosure Agreement to gain access to the files. Please have the representatives from your company (no more than 3 individuals) sign the agreement and e-amil the signed copies to Lindsay.Masters@wpafb.af.mil. Access to the Bidder's Library files will only be granted to Small Businesses qualified under NAICS code 541511. T25 Solicitaion Schedule Update: Release Draft RFP 24 Jan 11 Release Final RFP 05 Mar 11 Recieve Proposals 18 Apr 11 The schedule is subject to change. Please continue to e-mail your questions as documents are posted. All questions and answers will be returned via FBO posting. Please remember to label any questions containing proprietary information and we will not post those questions. However, responses deemed beneficial to all potential bidders will be sanitized and posted on FBO.
