Description

John Deere Skid Steer 332D specs and FAR provisions The Billings Area Indian Health Service is requesting quotes for a John Deere 332D Skid Steer for the Wind River Service Unit - Maintenance Department, Ft.Washakie, Wyoming. The equipment specifications are listed in the attached file. In addition the Skid Steer, there will also be a trade-in piece of equipment, a 1998 Bobcat 553. At the time of this solicitation, the season is winter and one of the main duties of the equipment will be snow removal. Timely delivery of equipment will also be a decision factor. The anticipated release date of the solicitation is February 21, 2011, with a bid opening date of 2:00 p.m., on February 25, 2010. The completion time is 30 calendar days after notice-to-proceed. Prospective contractors may request a copy of the solicitation by contacting the IHS Contracting Office at (406) 247-7063, by faxing a request to (406) 247-7108, or by e-mailing Kenneth.NicholsonJR@ihs.gov. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions.
