- These are Prodense Injectable Puttys and Graft Jackets used in the Ambulatory Surgery Center, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Va. These items are manufactured by Wright Medical Technologies. Please remember to submit a bid that is inclusive of all costs such as shipping and handling. The Government reserves the right to make an award based on 'ALL' or 'NOTHING' Evaluation and/or based on the 'Best Value' proposed for this requirement. Vendors with superior past performance will be given first consideration.
