- JOPES J&A The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) intends to extend Contract DCA100-02-D-4006-0042 to Pragmatics, Inc, 7926 Jones Branch Drive, Suite 711,McLean, VA 22102-3603, for the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), PEO C2C CC3 support services for a period of 2 months from February 08, 2011 to April 07, 2011 with an increase to the contract in the amount of $582,000.00. This extension is intended to provide a bridge for provide the software engineering support, development, integration, testing, transition and fielding necessary to support the fielding and maintenance of JOPES software as well as sustainment, synchronization and enhancements for conventional war force planning capability requirements of JOPES for the Joint Staff and Combatant Commands. A key portion of the Global Command and Control System - Joint (GCCS-J) functional capabilities commonly referred to as the Joint Operation Planning and Execution System (JOPES). All questions regarding this notice should be forwarded in writing to Mr. Michael D. Jackson at michael.jackson2@disa.mil. This action will be executed in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A competitive follow-on acquisition is in progress based on the current contract expiration date. Responses to this notice of intent to increase the current contract ceiling may be submitted within fifteen (15) days of publication of this notice; however, a determination by the Government not to compete this action at this time based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice must be received by close of business, February 08, 2011. Responses must include your business name, point of contact, address, and telephone number with area code.
