Description

NSN 1680-01-537-2665, PR number 26748295, REEL, SHOULDER HARNESS, INERTIA LOCK used on the UH-60 helicopter. The solicitation ISSUE DATE is February 23, 2011 with a CLOSING DATE of March 25, 2011. Solicitation is for a Firm Fixed Price Definite Quantity contract for 176 each to be shipped to Tracy, CA. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C)(1). Approved source is MARTIN BAKER AMERICA INC., CAGE 1Q842, P/N MBCS13227. Terms and Conditions are FOB Origin, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin with delivery being 210 days After Receipt of Order. This item is a Life Support, and Critical Application with higher level inspection requirements. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters.
