- The Department of Veterans Affairs has a need for Curbside Patient/Parking Assistance for beneficiaries of the VA Medical Center, West Haven, Connecticut. Arriving patients will be greeted courteously and offered Valet Parking. Services shall be provided Monday through Friday from 6:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. This requirement will be set aside 100% for Service Disabled and Veteran Owned Small Businesses. The NAICS code is 812930. Size standard $35.5M. Contract period will consist of a one year base period with the possibility of four (4) one (1) year option periods, to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The solicitation will be issued on or about January 28, 2011 with an anticipated proposal due date of February 04, 2011. All questions must be in writing and may be emailed to MaryKay.Chapman@va.gov. The Offeror is responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the website listed above, without further notification from the VA Contracting Officer.
