- RFQ PACKAGE The Southwest Supply Operations Center is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Wood Screws. Please see attached RFQ package for estimated number of purchase orders per year, estimated yearly quantities for each NSN, terms and conditions. RFQ PACKAGE MUST BE FILLED OUT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND RETURNED TO THIS OFFICE NO LATER THAN TIME AND DATE OF CLOSING INDICATED ON PAGE 1 OF THE RFQ.
