- The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins, will acquire upgrade aircraft installs applicable to the AAR-44B Infrared Warning System using other than full and open competition procedures. A definitive, Firm Fixed Price type contract is contemplated. Items/quantities are as follows: Basic Contract NSN 5865-01-568-1041EW, Remote Display Unit, P/N 34305-01-01, Qty. 15 each. Option (Exercise on or before 12 calendar months after contract award) NSN 5865-01-568-1041EW, Remote Display Unit, P/N 34305-01-01, Qty. 1-10 each. Required delivery: Incremental beginning March 2011. Solicitation will be sole source to Meggitt UK LTD, Egensworth East, Fareham, Hampshire, United Kingdom, P0155TT (CAGE K5524) pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Detail drawings are not available from the procuring activity.
