- Description
- The US Southern Command (US SOUTHCOM) has a requirement to host the 2011 Tradewinds Final Training Exercise (FTX) located in Antigua / Barbuda, West Indies, from 01 - 20 March 2011. The requirement includes Breakfasts, Lunches, and Dinners, Lodging for contracted lodging and transportation to and from the local airport for up to 191 participants and conference rooms to support up to 275 participants. Interested offerors must meet all Requirements included in the Solicitation. The Government may make multiple awards and reserves the right to make multiple awards, if necessary, based on this requirement. A complete Solicitation with Performance Work Statement will be released on or about 9 February 2011. Offerors should refer to the solicitation for details regarding the requirements. The solicitation will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities site at https://www.fbo.gov/. All responsible offers received prior to the closing date and time will be considered. Interested sources are responsible for downloading the solicitation and any future amendments from the website.
