- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), Panama City, Florida intends to purchase the following items on a sole source basis to TOPPs Building LLC, 930 Newark Avenue, Jersey City, NJ 07306 for utilization of roof top. This requirement is not suitable for competition because equipment is already installed and operational and relocation will result in additional costs that will not be recovered through competition. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to NSWC Panama City C/O NSA PC-101 Vernon Avenue, Panama City Beach, FL 32407-7001. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed Purchase Order. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Department of Defense will no longer award contracts to contractors not registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database. Registration may be accomplished by accessing the CCR website at https://www.ccr.gov/. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 531120, FSC code is X111. The award will be on or before 1 March 2011, and it will be based on fair and reasonable price. The small business size standard is 500 employees.
