- DD1423 Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Due to the proprietary hardware utilized in conducting this service, the government intends to negotiate a SOLE SOURCE purchase order with Crossbridge Solutions, Cage # 65DG5, 300 Knightsbridge Pkwy, Ste 210 LincolnShire, Illinois under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for a base year and 4 option years. All work will be accomplished according to the attached Statement of Work and DD form 1423 (dated 2 Feb 11). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this procurement is F3Q2AD1033A002 and this is a Request For Quotation (RFQ). This announcement will be issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation. The solicitation shall incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-43. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 517911. The SB size standard for this code is 1500 Employees.
