- SCREW THREAD INSERT TOOL KIT GSA/FAS is requesting quotes for a SPQ (Standing Price Quote), not to exceed 1 year for NSN 5180-00-684-8018, Tyco Electronics Inc. P/N 59275 or equal. Current need is for 1 order for quantity of 3 KT. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. When submitting a quote, include both page 1 and page 2 of the quote sheet. Also include page 1 of the IPD and annotate information regarding the item you offer for this NSN.
