- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government is seeking a full-service office lease and related space consisting of approximately 27,581 rentable sq. ft. Rentable square feet must yield 23,983 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Space must be accommodated on no more than two floors LOCATION: Delineated area is as follows: North - From Spring Street, east on Baker Street to Courtland Street East - South to Ellis Street South - West to Peachtree Street South to Forsyth Street Southwest to Marietta Street Northwest to Spring Street West - Northeast on Spring Street, cross International Boulevard, and continue North on Spring Street to Baker Street REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Parking: Three (3) inside parking spaces are required. TERM: The proposed lease shall be for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Occupancy is estimated for September 2012.
