- Sole Source Justification Letter and Statement of Work. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is a sole source requirement since it has been determined that only one source can provide the necessary requirement. The solicitation number is F3Z1890348AQ01; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-49 effective 24 Jan 2011; Defense DCN 20110202 effective 02 Feb 2011, and AFAC 2010-1027 effective 27 October 2010. This acquisition is a sole source acquisition. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310. The business size standard is $7m. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is J036. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7699. Travis AFB has a requirement for a Mega Lift Maintenance in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. CLIN 0001 - Annual Maintenance Service and Warranty Agreement for megastar/REMSTAR "MegaLift", Located in Bldg. 861 and Bldg 549. Agreement includes two (2) Preventative Maintenance (Service/Inspection) calls by a MegaStar/REMSTAR Factory-Trained Technician, Unlimited Emergency Service Calls, Unlimited Technical Phone Support, and All Preventative Maintenance Labor except in the event of parts replacement work and related service calls Period of Performance 7Feb2011-6Feb2012. 1 Each Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none.
