- This solicitation is for commercial item services. The work consists of initial planting of tree seedlings with shovels on approximately 399 acres. Project areas are located in the Burns BLM District in Harney County, Oregon. This solicitation allows for increased quantities not to exceed thirty-five percent (35%) of the original contract price. Bonds are not required; liability insurance is required after award. This solicitation will be posted electronically at www.FedConnect.net. Paper copies are no longer available.
