- Pre-solicitation notice for Mill Machine Upgrade The Government intends to issue a sole source firm fixed price contract for the upgrade of an Ingersoll Masterspeed Gantry Mill to Ingersoll Machine Tools Inc, 707 Fulton Ave., Rockford, IL 61103, CAGE: 3KJE4. The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP) required to upgrade the gantry mill. The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer of the gantry mill. All interested sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by this agency. The FOB point is Letterkenny Army Depot (destination). Solicitation W911N2-11-T-0067 date: O/A 07 February 2011, Closing date: O/A 11 February 2011. The annotated closing date for the solicitation is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the release of the solicitation. The solicitation will not close prior to the annotated closing date. A copy of the solicitation can be downloaded from https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ on or about 07 February.
