- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SPECIAL INSTRUCTION TO OFFERORS A. This is a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for commercial services, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. SUBMIT QUOTES TO: donna.y.ferguson@eur.army.mil B. Offerors shall provide the unit price for each item and total amount. C. The Period of Performance is: 29 April 2011 - 6 May 2011 D. Evaluation for award: The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to the offeror whose offer is the lowest price that meets the requirement. E. Contractors must be capable of accepting electronic fund payment for this procurement. F. All sources must be registered in the Central Contract Registration Database, http://www.ccr.gov/, or an award cannot be processed. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-888-227-2423 or via the Internet at http://www.bpn.gov. G. All questions and inquiries should be addressed via email to donna.y.ferguson@eur.army.mil, phone inquiries will not be accepted. Price Quotes are required by 1:00pm Central European Time (CET), on 23 FEB 2011. Offerors are requested to submit this information to the above referenced electronic mail. Failure to submit all of the information requested by the solicitation may result in the offer being eliminated from consideration for award. H. The hotel/lodging required for this solicitation is in Bavaria, Germany area and the rating requirement hotel/lodging is 4 star. See attached requirement.
