- The purpose of this Special Notice is to announce the call-in information for the PreProposal Conference Call: Date: February 7, 2011 Time: 3:00pm - 4:00pm EST Number: 888-324-8126 Pass-code: DOI (all participants will be required to provide the pass-code to attend the call) Participants will be required to supply their name, company name and phone number. This will be an informational call only for all vendors interested in summiting a proposal for one of the following: L11PS00093 (available to SDVOSB) L11PS00099 (available to 100% total small businesses) L11PS00100 (available to all interested parties) No questions will be accepted during the call. All questions must be submitted in writing to william_paterson@blm.gov All questions must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM EST, February 8, 2011.
