- This is a Sources Sought Notice for combatives training in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This notice is only seeking sources that can provide required training as stated in the SOW below. This notice is for 1 basic year with 4 option years. The notice number is W912TF-10-T-00XX and is issued as a sources sought and is notice that the New Hampshire National Guard Contracting Office, Pease Air National Guard Base, Newington, NH intends to issue a combined synopsis solicitation at a later date. The associated NAICS code is 611699 and the Small Business Size Standard is $7.0M. This is a 100% set-aside for small business. The New Hampshire Army National Guard is seeking sources that can provide Combatives Training to its soldiers. The contractor shall provide instructor(s) that must be familiar with Army Field Manual (FM) 3-25.150: Combatives. Instructor(s) must also be familiar with Army FM 7-0: Training for Full Spectrum Operations, as it pertains to Training Management Cycle and Training Schedules. In addition, Instructor(s) must also have a basic understanding of Army Culture (Customs courtesies, ranks, and tradition). Instructor(s) must also have at a minimum and be able to provide documentation verifying the following: 5 (five) years experience in Combatives Instruction or Self-Defense, minimum of Level 2 (two) Combatives Certification or equivalent martial arts belt in grappling, and a minimum of 5 (five) years experience of Weapons (Escrima stick, Kali Training, or Bladed) Instruction.
