- PR Request 0040411021, NSN: 1440-01-063-9703, Rail Assembly. Solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price Contract for 100 each. This item is manufactured Northrop Grumman Technical CAGE 0JRC1, P/N 14-82003-5 and Marvin Engineering Co Inc CAGE 32067, P/N 14-82003-5. Solicited is Unrestriced, Other Than Full and Open competitive basis. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Destination. Required delivery is 128 days ARO. This NSN is a Configuration Controlled and critical application item. It is not commercial. Automated Best Value Systems (ABVS) applies. Solicitation closing date is March 21, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
