- Fats and Bones Removal Service, Great Lakes Commissary, Illinois. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of May 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through April 30, 2016. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about February 9, 2011 with a tentative closing date of February 22, 2011. The anticipated award date will be March 31, 2011.
