- MEDCOM, North Atlantic Regional Contracting Office, Fort Belvoir Cell, Fort Belvoir, VA intends to solicit, negotiate and award Blank Purchase Agreements to the multiple vendors for purchase implants, instruments, and all associated items from vendor catalog/pricelist as needed in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1 on or about the 28th of February 2011. These agreements will be issued for 5 years. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete these proposed agreements is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to establish future Blanket Purchase Agreements. The agreements will include but are not limited to coverage of the following Ft.
