- Recovery The purpose of this modification is to obligate $434,481.00 for the "Review and Assessment of Recovery Act Stewardship Plan (RASP). The period of performance for this work is from February 02, 2011, through April 1, 2011 with the government option for additional follow-on work at the Government's convenience until December 31, 2011. The primary place of performance is Washington, DC. The purpose of this requirement is to seek contractual assistance to review and assess financial and operation functions for its RASP. The reviews will assist the Agency in its management, organization, and business improvement efforts; and facilitate the Agency's efforts to ensure compliance with regulations, procedures and relate methodologies in response to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and requests from the Office of the Inspector General (OIG). THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE EXISTING EPA CONTRACT HOLDER THAT HAS BEEN AWARDED THE SUBJECT CONTRACT.
