- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command- Presidio of Monterey(MICC-POM) has a new requirement for the installation of Chain Link Fences and Gates and the demolition of the existing steel corrugated ornamental pale fence located at Baccigleiri Hall AFRC Concord CA. Solicitation number W9124N-11-T-0024 will be available on or about 9 February 2011. A SITE VISIT is scheduled for 15 February 2011 at 10:00 AM (Pacific Time). Site Visit Location is: Baccigleiri Hall AFRC Concord CA, 3225 Willow Pass Rd, Concord, CA 94519 The primary Site Visit Point of Contact (POC) is Mr. Skip Dawson, Office Phone: 925-688-1937 or Cell Phone: 707-342-0722. Alternate Site Visit POC: Floyd Reed at 562-331-9507. Proposals are due 28 February 2011 at 2:30 pm (Pacific Time). This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) only. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 238990 with a size standard of $14 Million. Performance period is 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Estimated magnitude for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. Payment and performance bonds or other payment protection is required for this project. For the various types of payment protections that will be accepted, please refer to the solicitation when it is posted. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract. Solicitation number W9124N-R-0027 will be available on or about 9 February 2011 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website (http://www.fbo.gov) and the Army Single Face to Industry (AFSI) website (https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/). NO paper copies of the solicitation will be furnished. Prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database (www.ccr.gov), prior to award of a government contract.
