- This is Amendment 7 to the synopsis entitled Headquarters Information TechnologySupport Services, which was originally posted on October 8, 2010. You are notified thatthe following changes are made:1. The minimally relevant dollar value identified in Section M.5 of the Draft RFPentitled Past Performance Evaluation Factor is hereby changed from $6M by $3M to $3M.RESPONSE TO PREVIOUSLY SUBMITTED QUESTIONS:a) Question:Will Joint Ventures (JV) be allowed to propose?Answer: All SBA certified 8(a) Joint Ventures will be allowed to propose.b) Question:If an organization is nearing the end of their 8(a) status, which datewill be used as the cutoff date?Answer: In accordance with FAR 19.805-2(b) eligibility will be determined by the SBAas of the time of submission of initial offers which include price. The following items remain unchanged:1. All interested vendors have access to the Bidders Library at the following link: http://hitss-library.hq.nasa.gov/library.html.2. Anticipated final RFP release March 3, 2011NASA is not requesting proposals at this time.Documents related to this procurementwill be available via the Internet at the NASA Business Opportunities web site:http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=04It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for documents related tothis procurement and amendments (if any).
