- The purpose of this amendment is to revise paragraph (v) of the solicitation as follows: (v) The following is a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure: CLIN 0001 - 700 Each of Borofloat glass shall meet the following specifications: a. Shall have dimensions of 14 inches x 14 inches x 25.4mm plus/minus 1mm. b. Shall be cut via a waterjet or shall be cut and swiped. c. Shall have the air side of the glass marked with an x in pencil or marker. d. Glass plates shall be individually packaged and labeled. CLIN 0002 - 500 Each of Borofloat glass shall meet the following specifications: a. Shall have dimensions of 14" x 14" x 19 mm plus/minus 0.5mm b. Shall be cut via a waterjet or shall be cut and swiped. c. Shall have the air side of the glass marked with an "x" in pencil or marker. d. Glass plates shall be individually packaged and labeled. CLIN 0003 - 700 Each of Borofloat glass shall meet the following specifications: a. Shall have dimensions of 14" x 14" x 13 mm plus/minus 0.5mm b. Shall be cut via a waterjet or shall be cut and swiped. c. Shall have the air side of the glass marked with an "x" in pencil or marker. d. Glass plates shall be individually packaged and labeled. CLIN 0004 - Shipping for CLINs 0001 through 0003.
