- Description
- The Geological Survey is seeking conference faclities in the Denver, CO (Jefferson County), area for May 10, 2011 through May 13, 2011. These dates are firm. The 4-day conference is for 350 participants and will require night accomodations beginning May 8, 2011 with checkout on May 13, 2011. Rooms shall be single occupancy and be within Government per diem rate. Full details of meeting space, refreshments, internet connection, audio visual equipment can be found in the attached statement of work in the Request for Quote. All vendors who can meet this entire requirement, have a valid Dun & Bradstreet Number (DUNS), are registered in CCR and are in compliance with the Hotel and Motel Fire Safety Act of 1990 are invited to submit quotes for this posted RFQ to the Contracting Officer at vfloyd@usgs.gov. NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110. Quotes are due February 3, 2011 NLT 11 am EST.
