- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head Division (NSWC/IHD) intends to award a Sole Source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with NCC Nano, LLC (DBA NovaCentrix), 200B Parker Dr, Suite 580, Austin, TX 78728-1242. This BPA is for NAICS Code 331314 and Federal Supply Class (FSC) 6810 for Chemicals and Chemical Products. The period of performance for this BPA is for five (5) years, with delivery time frames specified per BPA Call. This will be a Firm, Fixed Price BPA and each BPA Call will not exceed the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The BPA Vendor must accept credit card as method of payment. This is in accordance with FAR 6.301-1, FAR 6.302-1(A)(1(i) and FAR 13.303-2(c)(2). Numbered Note 22 applies.
