- NSN 1670-01-272-1901, Solicitation SPM4A7-11-R-1611, PR 0025686392. This proposed Definite Quantity Contract is for a Harness, Troop Personnel Parachute, Back and Chest. Requested quantity is 1787 each. The procurement item description cites US ARMY NATICK SOLDIER CENTER, CAGE 81337, DWG 11-1-2143 REV "V" AND APPLICABLE SUPPORTS, P/N 11-1-2143-1. This procurement is Unrestricted, Full and Open Competition. QPL-6645 applies. Item is life support equipment. This procurement is FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The required delivery is 274 days ARO. Government witnessed First Article & Production Lot testing are required. Configuration Control applies. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI).
