- Justification for Selection NOAA/ARL/ATDD intends to solicit and negotiate on a sole source basis with Ms. Julie Dzaack to provide technical support servicing the AirMon research site near Davis, WV. NOAA/ARL/ATDD has operated an Atmospheric Integrated Research Monitoring Network (AirMon) site on the Canaan Valley National Wildlife Refuge in Canaan Valley, WV, since 2000. Technical support is required for daily site visits to service instruments and perform field analysis. The individual will be required to service precipitation collectors, collect precipitation samples, perform field analysis on these samples, and ship samples to a central laboratory for processing. In addition, supplies from the central laboratory must be picked up from the Canaan Valley Institute and returned to the site. The sampling protocol will be identical to that used by the National Acid Deposition Program (NADP). All tasks are to be accomplished in cooperation and consultation Dr. Steven Brooks, Canaan Valley Institute, Davis, WV.
