Description

The National Cemetery Administration is soliciting offers under solicitation number VA786-11-RP-0029 for the following Firm Fixed Price service: Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, material, and supplies necessary to furnish inscription service for blank granite niche covers to the Government for Maine Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 163 Mt. Vernon Road, Augusta, Maine from date of award through 30 September 2011 with (4) one year options if exercised by the Government. All work shall be performed in accordance with the specifications, drawings, terms and conditions of the contract. This acquisition is 100% set aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The NAICS Code is 327991. Size standard of 500 Employees is applicable. The contractor shall be required to deliver the completed product/service to the cemetery within twenty (20) calendar days from the date the order was issued by Memorial Program Services (MPS). Award will be made on a lowest priced technically acceptable basis using the following evaluation criteria for this award listed in descending order: 1) Price, 2) Technical, 3) Past performance. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.FedBizOpps.gov on or around January 31, 2011. Responses to the solicitation are due by 2:00 p.m., February 9, 2011. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining amendments to the solicitation which is available at Fed Biz Opps.
