This announcement constitutes the onlysolicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the purchase of aportable surface cleanliness inspection device. MSFC is requesting that the device be'the same as or equal to' a PartSens Device per the attached specifications.This procurement is a total small business set-aside.The NAICS Code and the small business size standard for this procurement is 333314. Theofferor shall state in their offer their size status for this procurement. Allresponsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. However,any award from this RFQ will require the potential vendor to be certified within theOnline Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations andCertifications Application (ORCA) Databases prior to award. Delivery shall be FOB Destination to MSFC, Central Receiving, Bldg 4631, MSFC, AL.Delivery date TBD.Offers for the items(s) described above are due by 02/01/2011 by 4:00 P.M.
