- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE The Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command/Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, CA intends to make a sole source award under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, to Lab-Volt Systems, Inc to provide extended warranty maintenance service for maintenance of the Electronic Fundamental Training System (EFTS), Lab-Volt docking stations and associated circuit cards, and the Lab-Volt Radar Fundamentals Trainer. The anticipated award date is 1 February 2011. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition is available upon request. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals, or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals, or quotations received in response to this notice.
