- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions that interested vendors have asked. The questions and responses are as follows: 1. Description says "heat & demolition front & top cab guards", does this mean you want it to guard against heat and be a demolition guard? Answer: Heat means a cab with factory installed heater/defroster. 2. In looking over the requirements, I noticed the request for a removable cab. Is that an absolute necessity? Answer: If they can meet the height restriction and all safety requirements for the machine to fit on the specified aircraft, and as long as they don't modify/cut the cab to meet height restrictions, the cab can stay on.
