You may mail, fax or email your request ATTN: SFAE-AV-NS-A (Bldg 3344), Willis Epps, Contract Specialist, FAX Number 256-876-7695, email willis.epps@peoavn.redstone.army.mil. No telephone requests will be accepted. This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for competitive proposals. The Aviation and Missile Command Contracting Center (AMCOM-CC) intends to enter into a contract with Rosoboronexport for the purchase of Mi Aircraft, Spare Parts, and Engineering and Technical Support in support of the Non-Standard Rotary Wing Aircraft (NSRWA) Project Office. This item is restricted to Rosoboronexport. The authority for this procurement is in accordance with FAR 6.302-7. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
