- Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-11-T-0027: This solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscaping Services). The small business size standard is $7 million. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced service contract to provide tree removal services for areas located at Nimrod Blue Mountain Project Office. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of 1 April 2011 or date of award through March 31, 2012 and three annual option periods from 1 April to 31 March. Solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR 13.5. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about February 07, 2011. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation. Contractors may view and/or download this solicitation and all amendments from the Internet after solicitation issuance at the following Internet address: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm and search for Solicitation Number W9127S11T0027. All offerors are encouraged to visit the Army's Single Face to Industry Website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi to view other business opportunities.
