- Description
- The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL is conducting an acquisition for non-personal services for Environmental Protection and Clerical Support at Tyndall AFB starting 1 Apr 11 to 30 Sep 11 for a base year, and up to four option years. (Note: The description contained within this synopsis is a summary of the required services and is not intended to be all-inclusive.) The contractor shall provide services and deliverables through performance of the 325th Civil Engineer Squadron Environmental Element that shall support pollution prevention and compliance by verification of requirements including purpose, frequency of use and quantity, control and advice on substances to include offering alternatives to materials. It shall also support reporting requirements by using the Enterprise Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Management Information System and ensure data is comprehensive, accurate, and continuously updated. This will be a 100% small business set-aside. A single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract will result from the solicitation using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for FAR Part 13. The request for quote will be posted on or about 28 Jan 2011 and quotes are anticipated to be due on or about 26 Feb 2011. This will be an electronic solicitation release. The anticipated award date is on or about 2 Mar 11. Solicitation, amendments and other miscellaneous documents will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. It is the responsibility of each quoter to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to current information. Contact with government personnel, other than the 325 CONS contracting officer/ contract administrator listed below, by a potential quoter or their employees' regarding this project is strictly prohibited. In order to be eligible for award, registration under the correct North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code in the Central Contractor Registration database is required. To register, go to http://www.ccr.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is section 541620. The small business size standard is $7 million. Directions for quote submission will be included in Addendum to 52.212-1, of the solicitation entitled "Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items".
